I made this background a few month's back following a tutorial by DeeDee Catron . I liked it so much, I decided to recreate it on a tag.   One of my favorite techniques is using stamps to create watercolor paintings. The trick is to stamp the image with a light colored water-soluble ink, then color it with watercolors. I really like how this flower from the Tim Holtz Flower Garden Stamp Set turned out.   I called this page 'Tiny Delights' because in each tiny circle there are little embellishments that make me happy. Each circle has embellishments that I love and have been hoarding for awhile, and it feels good to get them out an all on one page. I prefer using my embellishments in this way because there are a ton to look at all in one place. Although this is not my usual style, I had fun playing with watercolor and building the little circles of embellishments.
